Abuse has
several categories.

erhaps you've reached a crossroads in your life, the place

where the pain of the past is ready to meet freedom and a better life. As you begin the pursuit of peace, take advantage of opportunities you can create that will open the doors to healing.

Being released from the captivity of our minds and renewed to the full understanding of who we really are is what is needed to receive life in abundance according to the promise that is given to all who believe.  It is not productive nor is it healthy to be confined by the abuses of your past.  Complete freedom to become the person you've always believed yourself to be is available to you.

Abuse can take on many forms. Some types are more subtle than others and might never be seen or felt by anyone other than the woman experiencing the abuse. The abuser uses a combination of tactics that work to control the victim many times starting at a very young age. The abuse also usually increases in frequency and severity over time.

Physical Abuse

Sexual Violence and Abuse

Emotional Abuse

Verbal Abuse

Psychological Abuse

Economic Abuse

Breaking the cycle and entering the path to peace and normalcy of life is the road all survivors endeavor to take.  Achieving the goal of a regular routine often catapults you into accepting  the

False Evidence Appearing Real (FEAR)

and not completing the journey promised to you.

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of  power,

and of love, and of a sound mind.  2 Timothy 1:7

Chains of the unknown can cause the mind to be clouded with thoughts of failures of the past and give distress regarding the future.  Now is the time to break the chains and have an open heart for a better way.

And now, behold, I loose thee this day from the chains which were upon thine hand. If it seem good unto thee to come with me ... come;   will look well unto thee . Jeremiah 40:4a
